OUR LAND
THE VINEYARDS
Vineyards cover a land extends along the coastal strip between Petrosino and Mazara del Vallo and is located at an altitude ranging from 20 and 80 meters above sea level therefore enjoying a wide pedoclimatic diversity,. The proximity of the sea greatly influences the territorial microclimate, favoring rosé wines with high basic acidity, saline and very fragrant.
The climate is hot and humid with little rainfall: the territory is characterized by the almost constant presence of the Sirocco, a war wind from Sahara which gives peculiar qualities to the products of this generous land.
The vineyards are trained in Guyot counter-espalier and boast over a century old traditions.
